AdBlue filler cap on a vehicle

Professional AdBlue & SCR Solutions

Don't let a "No Start" warning strand you. We provide specialist mobile software solutions to bypass AdBlue failures.

What is the AdBlue & SCR System?

AdBlue is the brand name for Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), a mixture of high-purity urea and deionized water. It is the core component of the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system. When your engine runs, AdBlue is injected into the exhaust stream. It reacts with harmful Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) inside the catalyst, converting them into harmless nitrogen and water vapor. While effective for emissions, the system is known to be problematic.

Symptoms

What are some symptoms of AdBlue or SCR failure?

These signs indicate system blockages or sensor failures that can leave your vehicle stranded.

'No Start' Countdown

Your dashboard displays a message like 'Engine Start Prohibited in 100 miles' due to a detected SCR fault.

Crystallized AdBlue Injectors

The urea solution has hardened, physically blocking the injector and causing pressure errors (P20E8).

NOx Sensor Performance Codes

Fault codes like P20EE or P205C indicating the sensors are reading out of range or have failed electronically.

AdBlue Tank/Heater Failure

Internal tank components have failed, a common and expensive issue on Peugeot, Citroen, and Mercedes models.

For vehicles used in off-road, agricultural, or motorsport environments where a software delete has been applied, you will no longer need to top up the AdBlue tank. The system will be deactivated, and the dashboard level indicator will usually show a permanent "Full" or "Disabled" status.
Yes. If an AdBlue warning light (the amber "Urea" or engine symbol) is present on the dashboard, it is an automatic MOT failure. Furthermore, if the system has been bypassed on a road-going vehicle, it will fail the emissions/visual inspection. We always advise that road-going vehicles be repaired with genuine parts.
Significantly better. Emulators are physical devices that are spliced into your vehicle's wiring; they are prone to water damage and can be easily detected. Our solution is 100% software-based, meaning we rewrite the logic within the ECU itself. There is no extra hardware, no messy wiring, and it is far more reliable.
Yes. This is a software-lock triggered by the SCR system. Our mobile unit can attend your vehicle and perform a complete software recalibration that clears the countdown and prevents the ECU from blocking the engine start, even if the AdBlue hardware is faulty.
